Our Culinary Team Building Menus have been designed specifically for these specialized events as each menu item has multiple components to be assigned amongst Team Members. One of the basic premises of our company, however, is that we customize for each client. We are more than happy to build a new menu just for you. We can also mix and match; substitute menu items; and accommodate food allergies and preferences. Just tell us what you want and we can make it happen. Please note that menu items may change at the Chef’s discretion, depending upon seasonal selections and the quality of items available.
