Chef Dan Witherspoon combines a variety of cooking experiences with classical French cuisine. These time-honored techniques never go out of style and Dan is known for his inspired execution of culinary fundamentals.

For 28 years, Dan has devised delicious versions of the classics working his way up from Apprenticeship under celebrated Belgian Chef, Henri Bergmans, to executive chef positions in Southern California and the Denver area, thus achieving well-rounded culinary skills. His specialty is seasonal cooking: designing menus in harmony with the freshest foods available while keeping current trends in mind. He enjoys incorporating Polynesian, Southwestern, Northern Italian and French cuisines and themes into his cooking and entertaining.
